Caesar salad

Ingredients:

  • 100 g smoked bacon
  • 200 g of white chicken meat
  • 30 g parmesan
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 slices of toast bread
    a larger head of lettuce
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • sour cream and mayonnaise
  • olive oil
  • pepper and salt

Preparation:

    • Fry the chopped bacon without adding fat. Remove and place on a paper napkin to soak up the fat. Fry the chicken on Teflon and when it cools, cut it into long strips. Cut the bread into cubes. Mix with chopped garlic and fry in the fat left by the bacon. Take out and put on a napkin.

    • Whisk the olive oil with the lemon juice, add salt and pepper. Pour the obtained dressing (with olive oil) over the washed and chopped lettuce. Arrange chicken, bacon, croutons (toasted bread), cherry tomatoes, coarsely grated parmesan over the salad and pour over the whipped cream with mayonnaise.
