Chicken wings with garlic


1 kg of chicken wings

spices: salt, pepper, spice mixture, cumin

10 so a head of garlic

50 g of olive oil

50g of fresh spring onions


  • Wash and dry the wings and then put them in a large bowl and sprinkle spices over them and stir

  • Place the wings in a pan and put the garlic over and pour over the oil and put in the oven to bake
